My list of "Reasons I Will Never Forgive Anyone Who Chose Not to Vote for Hillary Clinton in November 2016" is getting really, REALLY long.
Meanwhile, something truly worrisome is developing. Trump is moving towards slapping tariffs on foreign-made cars. His administration has produced a report telling him he can do this in the name of national security. So his Ohio mess could get worse: https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2019/03/20/what-explains-trumps-mental-strain-his-facade-is-showing-fresh-cracks/?utm_term=.41bb44df4a79 …
Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, South Carolina, Alabama....how many GOP voters are working in foreign owned auto plants in those states? How do you think those auto makers are going to retaliate when they are labeled a "national security risk" and hit with tariffs on their imports?
This is Dunk. He's a service pitbull training to protect his owners head when she has a seizure. Dogs are amazing! ♥️
There are rumours the PM will give a speech outside Number 10 tonight. Unconfirmed.
Lovely. Who's going to be PM by then?
CAN ANYONE REMEMBER THE UK'S SAFE WORD?
Yes. It's 'REVOKE'!
Days since referendum: 1,000 Days left: 9 Deals secured: 0 Workable plans: Also 0
Downing St also won’t say if the decision to request a 3 month delay was ratified by Cabinet. “There was a long discussion on Brexit at cabinet yesterday.” Adds, “the final form of the letter, as it was discussed with Juncker, and as it was sent, was decided today”.
This is Schrödinger's Cabinet Yesterday it couldn't agree a line for the Article 50 Extension letter, so May does it. Today its members are so weak they don't resign or rebel based on what's in the letter. It's both dead and alive simultaneously.
Now expecting an emergency EU summit next week on 28 or 29 - chance of an “accidental” no deal Brexit rising
Any member of the Cabinet reading this has to ask whether it is now time for the Cabinet to take control and if it can’t for the government to fall. We simply cannot be begging EU for an extension at the end of next week.
“Britons support a delay to Brexit - providing is not used to try to revive May’s unpopular exit blueprint. Just 1 in 10 members of the public think any ‘extra time’ should be devoted to yet more attempts to bludgeon the twice-rejected deal over the line”
NO-ONE COULD HAVE PREDICTED THIS
As they should. Boris Johnson is the man who told the Brexit lie best and now creeps up to Bannon. He has already done enormous damage to our country. Failure should not be rewarded with power.
How many Jill Stein voters are now employed as high level Sanders staffers? https://twitter.com/HillaryWarnedUs/status/1108017151997169667 …
folks, it’s a fair question
Truly shocking. This is a Prime Minister in the worst state of denial, refusing to listen to anyone, just still doing the same thing again and again, no plan B, heading stubbornly towards the cliff edge.
Can we drop the idea that the PM is motivated by ''duty'' now? Part of the duty and responsibility of being leader is accepting that the buck stops with you. Her arrogance is blaming the HoC for the failure of her deal and immovable red lines is utterly shameful. #PMQs
I've lost count of the number of politicians who have said that we're in a constitutional crisis. Maybe they should turn their thoughts to how we extract ourselves? Just a thought 🤷♂️
It’s mostly forgotten, but Donald Trump ran on universal health coverage that “the government’s gonna pay for.” After getting elected, he pushed a variety of measures via legislation, executive action and in the courts that would reduce coverage. From @60Minutes on 9/27/2015 👇
I'm generally dismissive of the notion that Trump is engaged in a cunning strategy of distracting journalists, but boy do journalists get distracted.

Newsthump continuing its journey to being one of the most incisive and accurate sources of political commentary currently operating in the UK.
It's very strange to find oneself living in a country where a coup d'etat is being conducted by the Prime Minister against the people. Normally, these things happen the other way around.
#May just asked #EU for short #Brexit extension. But without backing by cabinet and parliament her request is meaningless. @JunckerEU is right: EU leaders should defer decision until #UK presents an approved plan. EU cannot become accomplice of May’s internal tactical manoeuvres.
last week Lidington promised that indicative votes would occurs in the first two weeks of April if MV not approved by today ... This was the basis upon which Benn-Letwin-Cooper-Boles was defeated by 2 votes last Thursday... today PM suggested that indicative votes not needed now
