Wow, looks like NASA's first all women spacewalk has been canceled.
Let's talk about spacesuits, specifically Extravehicular Mobility Units, and being a #ladyastronaut. The EMUs on the ISS were designed more than 40 years ago, with a 15-year shelf life. 11 of the original 18 are still in use. Only 4 are on the ISS. Those are the only EMUs.
Most profound thing I've learned in the past eight years is the difference between behavior and intention. Behavior is what someone is doing, intention is why they're doing it. You judge yourself based on your intention, and everyone else based on their behavior.

I’ve signed this petition to revoke A50 and deal with the consequences afterwards - referendum, election, whatever. I have no idea whether these things do any good but after May’s astonishingly irresponsible speech this evening I’ll give anything a go.
