Football has evolved now to where a ton of passing occurs into the boundary. Probably more 1 on 1 than route combos or concepts. That’s why defensive coaches have changed their thought process and put best cover guy into the boundary. #PassGameChat

Excuses are the enemy of an athlete. Excuses shrug off responsibility & place the blame for poor performance on something else. Often, when asked about poor training habits, athletes have an excuse already in hand. Ultimately, excuses limit us.

Great article! Just because you are injured, it doesn’t mean you can’t (or shouldn’t) do anything. Unless you’re in a full body cast, we can find something for you to do. You can still train & still benefit from working out and it will help the recovery process if done properly.
