Rape existed before mini skirts. The argument of what a person wears as excuse for sexual abuse falls apart the moment you realise that even in places and cultures where women are covered from head to toe, there’s still rape. Rape is a crime. It’s never right to blame victims.

Not true, I schooled in Russia, and I must say clothes are not their thing, especially during the summer. Even winter, doctors wear lab coats I’ve just pant and bra, and guess what, the lab coats are SEE THROUGH. Then check out India.

This is a wrong way to analyse it. The culture in Russia is different from India. Men in russia are used to seeing half naked women. The rape rate in India will sky rocket in people dress the way you claim Russians dress in India. Behave like the Russians only in Russia.

Rape is caused by rapists, and not indecent dressing. The difference between you (I presume) and a rapist would be that you would not rape a woman irrespective of her dressing, but a rapist would. Don’t defend it, sex is practically cheap, why rape people.

Stealing is caused by thief, not lack of security by the shop owner, agreed. If she secured her shop she may still be burgled.. YES. But; Is not locking her shop predisposing her to theft....YES Rape is rape, no justification, but indecent dressing may predispose anyone to rape

I can authoritatively say that if there is no rapist, there wouldn’t be rape. But can you say same for “indecent dressing”. Plenty fully clothed women are raped everyday, defenseless children too.
