BREAKING: Michael Cohen’s former attorney Lanny Davis just said that Cohen might now bail out on his scheduled Congressional testimony because of Trump’s witness tampering. If Cohen bails, then that would seemingly mean that Trump successfully tampered.

Of course one does not need to ‘successfully’ tamper to to be charged with witness tampering. Witness tampering is the attempt.

Seems to me this kind of puts Trump in a no-win situation. If Cohen cancels because he feels threatened, that could be interpreted as witness tampering by Trump. If Cohen does testify, Trump is going down hard. I, personally, hope @MichaelCohen212 has the fortitude to testify.

If he bails I believe the committee could subpoena him. Lying to a Congressional committee, including withholding information is another felony. I significant amount of information, recordings, emails, text messages were seized when you were he was arrested.
