Just delivered: our arguments to the Labour Court on why the government's draft contract is unacceptable to Ireland's nurses and midwives. Key outstanding issues: 🕓 working hours/rosters 🏥 location changes Labour Court hearing is on Tuesday. We'll keep members updated.
Members' update: we have dates for the Labour Court. The Court hearing will be on Tuesday 19th. Our submissions in by Friday.
We've rejected the government's proposed contract. We're going back to the Labour Court to fight for a fair one.
