McCabe spokeswoman says his comments about the 25th amendment were taken out of context. (My note: Hard to believe this is what we were all talking about 24 hours ago)
Fact check 3: The reporter was right, US citizens commit more crimes per capital than non-US citizens, according to data from Texas
Fact check 2: Building a wall will stop opiate flow. Most comes through mail or legal ports of entry
Fact check 1: The Trump admin did not break up the caravans, they are waiting at the border trying to get in and claim asylum
We have just won our sanctuary cities challenge to Trump on behalf of Philadelphia in the Court of Appeals. Declared unconstitutional. Proud of my @HoganLovells team and the amazing City lawyers. (I am literally being mooted now for my Supreme Ct argument next week...more later.)
Like the travel ban, asylum ban and family reunification, this is a reminder of the number of Trump's immigration actions that have been stopped in courts. WH is expecting the same from today's announcement.
Rights groups sue to block the Trump admin from making asylum seekers wait in Mexico

Do you seriously think known felons would even try to go through the border legally?
This includes those stopped trying to enter illegally.
This isn't new, but it's new to me. According to CBP stats from Oct 2017- Aug 2018, fewer than 3 percent of immigrants stopped at the border had a criminal history. The top crime: illegal re-entry. Sen. Burr this hour to @frankthorp: “There is no factual evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.”
If this is true, here’s the next question : Did the Trump campaign negligently allow itself to be manipulated by a foreign intelligence operation, after being warned by the FBI it was coming?
While you weren't looking...SPACE WARS!! Great look inside US concerns by @ckubeNBC
Best quote ever in a story, @KenDilanianNBC for the win: "We were never going find a contract signed in blood saying, 'Hey Vlad, we're going to collude," one Democratic aide said.
Exclusive: Senate has found no direct proof of conspiracy between Trump campaign, Russia https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/congress/senate-has-uncovered-no-direct-evidence-conspiracy-between-trump-campaign-n970536 … via @nbcnews
If your head is spinning from detention numbers, here's an explainer on who ICE is holding, why they want more space, and why Dems want to cap it. From me and @HeidiNBC
Matthew Albence (No. 2 at ICE) tells @mitchellreports 90 percent of immigrants arrested in the interior are convicted or charged criminals. For context, in 2016, 99 percent were arrested for serious crime convictions or national security threats.
