Perhaps a good idea to ask the hypertensive patient what he or she is eating http://bit.ly/2wXcqQ9  (And I'm not referring to salt in the diet).

Diet is the foundation of optimal health. Thank you for sharing @ProfTimNoakes! #hypertension #WOE #health

This video presents an effective hip mobility exercise for people who sit most of the day. You will first feel the tightness of your joints, then stretch-induced heat. The student featured in the clip consulted me for back pain 3 years ago. He couldn’t hold a deep squat.

Been doing this exercise for years Excellent way to dust out the cobwebs from the deepest parts of your hips. Chronic sitters will greatly benefit from consistent practice and boost circulation in those areas. Can’t get into that position? Start with a deep squat @LoriShemek

You've been doing great but you ate that thing you shouldn't have and now you think you've ruined the day...you haven't! Pick yourself up and start from NOW. You only ruin the day if don't stop eating the junk. You're only "that food" behind.. keep GOING! #FITNESSNUTRITION

Researcher has shown walking just under 2 miles each day was enough to increase the thickness of the hippocampus. This part of the brain, and other important areas nearby, would otherwise naturally shrink with age.
