What are your thoughts about this?

#CycloneIdai Update | More than seven metres of flood water engulfed the town of Buzi in #Mozambique. Many residents lost everything.

To help with their recovery, we established a cholera treatment unit and are helping to rehabilitate the health centre.

Regina (37) from #Chimanimani had her home destroyed by the cyclone. She continues to hear earth tremors each night between 12 midnight and 2am, a clear sign of mental trauma. She feels stranded and wants to leave the area as soon as possible #CycloneIdai http://bit.ly/2WHqJTF

From assessments being done by #MSF teams in #Chimanimani and #Chipinge, there is a lack of medication for chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes and HIV. Some people lost their life-saving medicines when their houses were washed away by Cyclone Idai https://bit.ly/2Uf9211

"Nobody talks about #tuberculosis . Everyone hides it."

#Stigma is one of the biggest barriers to effective TB care. Hear from the patients and TB survivors at @MSF clinic in #Mumbai about how raising awareness about TB helped them overcome fears around this disease.

#MSF teams continue to reach communities & health centres in #Chimanimani which were cut off from access by #CycloneIdai. Some of them are only reachable on foot or by bike. What we are seeing is a lack of chronic medication, specifically for #NCDs like diabetes and hypertension

Continuity of care is needed for NCD medication in emergencies as well as HIV ART. Especially #insulin for type 1 diabetics. No insulin means life threatening outcomes. #insulinforall
