Referring to “working class concerns“ as a euphemism for anti-immigration sentiment presumes: - immigrants are not part of the WC - white WC are anti-immigration monolith - to be anti-immigration is inherently WC - we win the argument by agreeing None of the above is true.

This tweet spits on the graves of the thousands of Muslims and Dalits who have died at the hands of Hindutva and the BJP. How can a Shadow Cabinet member have such a gaping blind spot when it comes to Modi — a far-right leader as dangerous as Erdogan, Bolsanaro and Netanyahu?

Modi is on course to win a landslide victory on the back of 5 years of nationalism, racism + violence. My dad is crying because the far-right — the BJP + Brexit Party — are set to sweep the board in both his home countries today. Don’t let them, vote for solidarity. #VoteLabour

Vote Labour to stop Farage. We cannot afford to sit out this election whilst ppl suffer under austerity, the hostile environment + impending threat of a far-right victory.

Keep building within our movement to remain + radically transform the UK + Europe for working class ppl ✊🏾

In yesterday's @BBCRadioLincs EU Debate, when questioned on the lack of Govt investment in infrastructure in Lincolnshire, Lib Dem candidate (and former Tory MEP) Bill Newton Dunn blamed "floods of refugees", not once, but twice.. https://clyp.it/v1wvzgco  #EUelections2019

Lib Dem MEP candidate for the East Mids blames refugees for lack of infrastructure in our region. Refugees and immigrants are not to blame for capitalist exploitation. Defend and extend free movement. Vote Labour.

I'm excited that Momentum throws it's weight behind abolishing ALL detention centres. I hope this will go hand in hand with more radical demands on immigration rules, too. Because remember - detention centres are just the the last piece of a longer chain.

💥 Very welcome announcement: @PeoplesMomentum will be campaigning for the closure of all detention centres 💯 This is a policy LCFM has been calling for from the start. We're glad to see the tide turning and hope that soon Labour adopts it as well!

To improve Labour's immigration stance - they've promised to end free movement and not enough consistent work has been done to change the terms of the 'debate' - requires a significant amount of pressure from the Left. @PeoplesMomentum could play an important role in that

Momentum backing a Green New Deal, 4 day week and abolition of all detention centres is the Momentum I signed up for! But we need internal democracy to become a truly grassroots movement.

Make no mistake - Corbyn's Labour wants Brexit. That's why it's important that Remainers across the country have the facts when it comes to EU elections on 23 May. If you want to stop Brexit, vote Liberal Democrat https://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/exclusive-lib-dems-send-jeremy-corbyn-brexit-dossier-to-activists-as-party-plots-euro-elections-assault-on-labour-heartlands_uk_5cdbecf7e4b061f71b885d1c?utm_hp_ref=uk-homepage …

Bollocks to Brexit and the Lib Dems. Only a Labour-led campaign can address the poverty, disillusionment and disenfranchisement that led to Brexit. Join @labourvsbrexit to build that campaign.

It's being able to participate in thoughtful, inspiring and supportive community discussions like this that make me pretty certain/hopeful Nottingham is going to be my home for the rest of my life. Love this city ♥️

Instead of a #SexStrike why not a good old fashioned general strike from work?

#EuropeanElections2019 How the calculation is made for turning votes into seats: https://www.richardcorbett.org.uk/proportional-representation-explainer/ …

This is well worth a read. Very clear and concise and shows that in the EU elections ‘tactically’ switching your vote away from Labour to the minor parties is a BIG mistake. Such a switch likely to benefit the second largest Party which in this election is the Brexit Party.
