But Boris also said we could strike a great free trade agreement like Wolfgang Schäuble had just said, and the only agreement Wolfgang had just spoken about the UK striking was one that gave it: Membership of the Single Market. That's cool, because so did George Osborne.
Johnson has not got a clue or isn’t telling the truth. See how I didn’t swear then; my therapist taught me that 😬
If you support @BorisJohnson, @MichaelGove or @DominicRaab you’re supporting this. A massive, well-funded network of (far) right wing interests busily executing their plans to control the levers of power for their own interests. Is that what you want?
“We still don’t know from Boris Johnson himself, whether he has five children or six… Why can’t he be more transparent?” Supporter @JohnnyMercerUK tells @EmmaBarnett why Mr Johnson is “well within his rights“ not to talk about his private life, even though he wants to be PM.
This is not my Mary Whitehouse moment. I don’t give two hoots if Johnson has 56 kids. What I care about is why can’t he be honest about something so simple? As a judge ruled re his extramarital child in 2013 - this is a public interest matter when judging fitness for high office
The core values of the EU are: Internationalism, Solidarity, Freedom. They are British, Labour values. Our future doesn’t need to be Brexit. We can change our future. But only if Labour makes the case for it – and we must. #proudlybritishproudlyeuropean
Thanks to @tom_watson for continuing to make the case for Europe as a guardian of freedom, social solidarity & internationalism. There has always only been one right side of the Brexit argument to be on. This one. The one opposed to Johnson, Farage, Trump & the hard left.
Pro-European is who we are and who we have always been. Our members are Remain. Our values are Remain. Our hearts are Remain. The only way to break the political deadlock is to bring the public back into this decision and we must argue strongly to remain.

"Brexit has turned this country into a toxic nation." When there is criminality involved & it was won by a very small margin (almost 50/50) it's hardly surprising. How did the might of the Establishment + a bigger campaign budget lose to a bunch of amateurs, hmm? (they cheated)
What a time to leave the largest free trade bloc in the world. https://www.ft.com/content/6e0b64f4-8edb-11e9-a1c1-51bf8f989972?segmentId=a7371401-027d-d8bf-8a7f-2a746e767d56 …
Great another new trade deal! Oh, we’re leaving. #BackToSquare1
Most public sector workers can only afford to own home in 8% of UK towns, report finds - The Independent https://apple.news/AfSfq91w1SvWWKoa-EaVhhg …
I thought #Brexit was the cause of all our problems? Not #austerity & the capitalist promise of self determination which has pushed house prices from the reach of our most valued workers? They could afford a house elsewhere in the #EU but Brexit stole their right to work there

So Corbynism means working with Tories to deliver Brexshit and working with Tories to perpetuate the myth that the last Labour govt caused austerity. I want an alternative to the Tories not their fucking partners in crime.
The risk aversion of @BorisJohnson is something to behold. Every other Tory candidate is taking questions from newspapers, TV and radio in a 4th estate or “lobby” hustings. The only one who has refused such scrutiny is the one who still makes a living writing for @Telegraph.
