That is a straight-up lie about El Paso, which was one of America’s safest large cities for violent crime before the fencing was erected and did not immediately see crime fall after the fence was built. Thorough debunking from http://FactCheck.org : https://www.factcheck.org/2019/01/trump-wrong-about-wall-effect-in-el-paso/ …
I'd call this Trump's biggest lie of the speech so far. It's not an exaggeration or an outdated stat or hyperbolic rhetoric - it's the president, joined by Texas's Republican attorney general, just making something up.
There is definitely an advantage to arriving at work before the sun comes up. Lookin good, Helena. #Montana
U.S. presidents sit at an apex of information. Thousands in government work to get to the truth, in war zones, in economic data, in science, and much more. But President Trump eschews all that - his primary briefings come from Fox News hosts in a fact-free echo chamber.
Your Coast Guard leadership team & the American people stand in awe of your continued dedication to duty, resilience, & that of your families. I find it unacceptable that @USCG members must rely on food pantries & donations to get through day-to-day life. #uscg
Would Trump be President if voters knew about Stormy Daniels? Probably. Would Trump be President if voters knew he was trying to make hundreds of millions of dollars in a secret business deal with Putin? Probably not.
Trump pursued a deal in Russia and hid it from voters https://www.usatoday.com/story/opinion/2019/01/22/donald-trump-pursued-business-deal-russia-hid-voters-editorials-debates/2642773002/ … via @usatoday
This. Is. The. Story. That. Should. Anger. All. Americans.
Look, I want the wall, but it is pretty crazy when you think about it: Here we are Day 32 of a gov shutdown over something Trump did nothing about for 2 years, over something that Congressional Republicans really don't want, and over something he told us Mexico would pay for.
Former NFL QB Jon Kitna, now offensive coordinator for the San Diego Fleet in the Alliance of American Football, is expected to become the Cowboys’ QB coach, per a league source. Dallas’ current QB coach, Kellen Moore, is a leading candidate to become Cowboys’ OC, per sources.
If there was nothing wrong with the Republican nominee for President trying to make money on the side with the head of Russia, than why did he & everybody else repeatedly lie about it?
Several witnesses at the trial of El Chapo have revealed that the easiest way to smuggle drugs into the U.S. is through legal ports of entry, rebuking one of Trump's major talking points for the wall. https://www.cnn.com/2019/01/12/us/drug-traffickers-el-chapo-trial-drugs-across-border/index.html …
Here’s another video of these kids harassing this Native American protestor. The ignorance, the bigotry, is infuriating. This is not the future of this nation. https://twitter.com/lulu_says2/status/1086553818966310913/video/1 …
Trump cites San Antonio as an example of a city where a border wall has worked. It’s located 150 miles north of Mexico and there is no wall.
Trump told reporters this morning that the media has “truly lost its credibility,” then, two sentences later, lied for the 13th time that the New York Times issued a post-election apology for its coverage. The Times never apologized.
After Dallas Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said on Monday that he planned to bring back his assistant coaching staff, the team announced Friday it's moving on from offensive coordinator Scott Linehan. https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/cowboys/2019/01/18/dallas-cowboys-parting-offensive-coordinator-scott-linehan/2616729002/ …
Thank you, Uncle Jerry.
Dreams do come true
Trump's tweeting a heck of a lot again this morning. Lashing out. Threatening. Trying to distract. He must be really scared about something.
Kevin Corke, @FoxNews “Don’t forget, Michael Cohen has already been convicted of perjury and fraud, and as recently as this week, the Wall Street Journal has suggested that he may have stolen tens of thousands of dollars....” Lying to reduce his jail time! Watch father-in-law!
Trump again sends a warning-slash-threat to Michael Cohen's father in law
