I’ll never get this. I played on countless top talented teams and very rarely did I ever have a coach get in my face like that. It’s really strange seeing people romanticize this kind of stuff. I’ve been held accountable for my actions by coaches, but typically not in this manner
Woah, that’s quite an assumption there. Let me give you some insight to what a leader is really about. It’s about knowing what motivates your players. Yelling didn’t motivate me, telling me someone would outperform me if I didn’t fix it did, but keep romanticizing it.
