I can understand why the Trump base wants to accept the Barr summary of the Mueller Report, but I cannot understand why the Democratic Leadership is willing to accept it. Can over 800 former Federal prosecutors all be wrong?

Impeachment hearings would be about more than just Trump. They would focus a spotlight on his abuse of power and his entire corrupt administration, and also serve to force the GOP to confront facts.

Trump's strategy for advancing his agenda is driven by fear, and, when previous fears start to lose impact, he creates new fears.

Trump probably ran for office for the same reason that Manafort helped him run: Indebtedness to Russian oligarchs.

Trump fans would have you believe that they, and others, chose their ethnicity, birthplace, and gender. If they ever manage to learn that is not the case, they will no longer be Trump fans.

It is exponentially more difficult to succeed at any contest or endeavor when one side plays by the rules while the other side flouts them.

I don't know, maybe handing the levers of power to a madman wasn't a good idea after all?

If the administration didn't realize that Barr's Senate testimony was a disaster for them, they would have sent him to the House on a parade float.

If I found myself on a plane where Barr was the pilot and Rosenstein was the copilot, I would immediately disembark or look for a parachute.

Trump University demonstrates two things: 1. Trump rips off his supporters. 2. Trump supporters don't learn from their mistakes.

No matter what Trump, his sycophants, and Fox say, narrative is not a substitute for facts. Read the Mueller Report for yourself.

I think the reason that Trump is so obsessed about impeachment is because he knows it would be successful.

That Trump's supporters want a chaotic and inept White House says all you need to know about them.

There is a debate going on whether impeachment proceedings are "worth it." I think the debate should be whether our democracy is worth it, and I think the answer is yes. If Congress does not hold Trump accountable, who will?

In a criminal trial, prosecutors need to prove consciousness of guilt, Trump has already done that: When told that a Special Counsel had been appointed, the President slumped back in his chair and said, "Oh my God. This is terrible. This is the end of my Presidency. I'm f-----."

Attorney General William Barr: "There was no evidence of the Trump campaign 'collusion' with the Russian government's hacking." We have come a long way from "No contacts with Russians" (see Jan. 11, 2017)

Under the Constitution, states have the power to determine how they award their electoral votes in national elections. The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact can save our country from the misguided GOP principle that the minority can rule. Support it! #NPVIC
