I’M DONE ...@Direct TV IS TERRIBLE!! Can never watch on demand — error code, not available, slow download speed,etc. Now what?! @AT&T could care less and has done NOTHING to fix the issues. A trip to the store to let them hear my voice is on the horizon 😡

Will this spinning ever end!? Will Direct TV/AT&T ever fix problems?! Not yet. This cycle continues. I’m wearing tired of your empty promises. The numerous representatives that have expressed their sorrow for my frustration have done nothing to address the situation is sickening.

NO...you cannot imagine my frustration. Your policies and procedures are NOT customer friendly when YOUR TECH screws up!
CONSTANT calls to Tech support with NO resolution and always get a different answer to the SAME problem!! Get your stories straight!
Dear @DIRECTV & @ATT YOU SUCK! Your customer service is terrible, your techs are INCONSIDERATE. Set up an appointment, request a courtesy call prior to the arrival NO CALL! They CANCEL your appointment & you LOSE your 4 HOUR appointment window! HONOR what you tell your customers.
