Will this spinning ever end!? Will Direct TV/AT&T ever fix problems?! Not yet. This cycle continues. Iā€™m wearing tired of your empty promises. The numerous representatives that have expressed their sorrow for my frustration have done nothing to address the situation is sickening.

Dear @DIRECTV & @ATT YOU SUCK! Your customer service is terrible, your techs are INCONSIDERATE. Set up an appointment, request a courtesy call prior to the arrival NO CALL! They CANCEL your appointment & you LOSE your 4 HOUR appointment window! HONOR what you tell your customers.
