Air Force Hurricane Hunters found that Subtropical Storm Andrea formed this afternoon. Centered 335 mi southwest of Bermuda Andrea has max winds of 40 mph. Andrea is moving to the north at 14 mph. Some strengthening is possible overnight, then weakening Tue & dissipating by Wed.
