At times, we condemn good people because we disagree with them over a few issues. We refuse to see the good they’re doing. Disagreements do not automatically make a person extreme, bad or evil. Learn to distinguish between the one who respectfully disagrees & the one who is evil!
Learn to use other’s success as inspiration. Instead of focusing on our failure, we can see their achievement as something to motivate us. If he did it, so can we; our time will come! We can be proactive, evaluate their success & see how we can apply it to improve our own lives.
True patience is when, regardless of how harsh life gets, you remember the beautiful things the Almighty has promised you. You keep enduring no matter how horrible you feel inside. You know it won’t last. You never inflict pain on others or let it affect how you treat them.
When you hold on to hurt, resentment or a grudge, you are not going to be able to understand the Almighty’s Plan for you because your heart has hardened. Bad thoughts & negativity surround you. You become defensive & cold-hearted. You care about little else. Lighten your load!
Life’s not a sprint but a marathon. Stop being so hard on yourself & embrace your journey. It’s preparing you for the Hereafter. It won’t be paved with roses, be wary of the thorns along the way. Your plans won’t always be the way you planned it but the way the Almighty wants it!
Don’t pay heed to people who talk behind your back. You can’t stop them. What everyone else has to say, think, or feel about how you live your life does not and should not affect your happiness or state of mind. It’s really about them, not you. Realize this before it's too late.
No matter what your circumstance, remember the Almighty always has the final say. He will make good everything that wasn’t right & you’ll be amazed. So don’t let the actions of others get in your way & hinder you. Let them say what they will. He controls your destiny; not them!
Some won’t understand you. Some won’t support you. Some will leave you. Some won’t even care if you’re down in the dumps. But no matter what others put you through, your Creator will always be there for you. He knows every moment of your struggle. He will compensate you greatly
Jumping to conclusions is one of the most common forms of negative thinking. You usually jump to a negative conclusion without any justifiable facts of the situation. As a result, you become negative, depressed, anxious, sad or angry. Put a stop to it. Change your mindset!
I strongly condemn the #SriLankaAttacks. Many were killed this morning while attending church services. This is totally unacceptable. We firmly believe in peaceful coexistence. My thoughts are with the victims & their families. #PrayForPeace #PrayForSriLanka #SriLanka
Strengthen your faith daily through good deeds. Kindness with your tongue, charity with your wealth, render help where possible. Stay connected to the Almighty. We cannot expect to strengthen our ties with Him and increase our faith if we only worship Him when we feel like it!
Always remember, your value is not based on what you look like, what you do, or who you know, your status in life! Also you are not defined by your past. Use the past to learn lessons for the present and future. Your true value comes from how close you are to your Creator!
We live in an age of envy. Where envy is being taken to extremes. People are generallly dissatisfied with their lives because they can’t achieve the lifestyle they want but which they see others have. This is dangerous. Be grateful for what you have before you lose it all.
Keep praying, keep asking. The Almighty is All-Knowing. Never doubt that He’s aware of the goings-on in your life. He will grant you strength in times of need, peace in chaos, hope in helplessness and will lift you when you feel down. All you have to do is trust Him. Completely!
Don’t get complacent with life & choose to stay in your comfort zone. That’s not what the Almighty wants us to do. That’s why He tests us again & again; to stretch us, to grow, to learn new things & to rise to new levels. He’s given us the capacity to do it. He knows our limits!
Almighty. On this blessed day, we pray for our children. May You grant them a heart of faith, keep them healthy & heal all those who are ill. Bless them with good, righteous friends & those who will remind them of You. Grant them a strong sense of right & wrong & keep them safe!
Understand the tricks of Satan. He will try his best to make the forbidden so attractive to you. He convinces you that lust is love. He makes your heart flutter by planting such thoughts in you. Be strong enough to ignore it. Work on pleasing the Almighty. He will reward you!
Don’t underestimate the endless ripple effect of any act of goodness and kindness, no matter how small it is. Sooner or later, it will make its way back to you. Remember, what goes around, comes around. Perhaps not immediately but trust the Almighty to reward you eventually!
Give people the time and space they need to to heal from their hurt. Don’t rush them. We all deal with trials and tribulations in our own unique ways. Lend an ear, lend a helping hand, make sure they know you’re there if they need you. That’s the best help you can offer!
Take a break from social media periodically. Reconnect with the real world. Plug in to real people & places around you. Find time to actually see someone in person instead of sending them a message online. Connections with family & friends are more meaningful face to face!
