"Wrong cannot win on a 'made up' technicality." - Aeschylus
What, can a jurist "refuse" to hear any more cases until his or her "demands" are met? What, can a mayor "refuse" to meet with City Council and perform necessary functions until his or her "project gets done?" This is just an UNLAWFUL exercise of Trump's *CIRCUMSCRIBED* POWER.
There is growing unease because everyone knows that it DEFIES the People's Procedural Due Process RIGHTS. It is more than just "political theater," i.e., it is causing REAL DAMAGES and there is NO CONSTITUTIONAL BASIS for ANY President to "refuse" to perform PRESCRIBED DUTIES.
Replying to @nytimes
