A man who killed 3 Muslim students in 2015 over what the police initially said stemmed from a parking dispute pleaded guilty. The case has tested the limitations of the legal system on the question of when a hateful crime becomes a hate crime.
Hey, did you need more evidence to show 1. They were the furthest thing from evil and 2. They did absolutely nothing to provoke him. If you need to be directed in any way to show the above myself, anyone from my community or w a brain will be glad to help out!
Three people against one person over a parking space. One person shoots three people in fear for his life. That's the way it looks to me. People with guns are afraid of everyone. Don't fuck with them. This hate crime shit is stupid.
3 people without weapons in their own home vs. one man with a gun and a motive to kill. Do your research before spewing out of pocket things please - this wasn’t over a parking spot. Any person with a brain can reassure you of that.

Good, because there is no such thing as a hate crime. The motives of a monster don’t matter and are never truly knowable, while all victims are equally tragic. Punishment based on committed actions rather than the beliefs and drives of the criminal are more just.
