Well worth a read if you work in #HR #Wellbeing #resilience #IOPsych as we all have a tendency in these fields to focus more on fixing people or giving them individual protective techniques rather than fixing the systems that cause harm. And it's #OpenAccess!

Among other #IOPsych nerds, I call myself an IO Psychologist. Very few people in our tribe seem to care about licensure because it clearly wasn't created with us in mind.
