A5: #selfcare and #mindfulness do not need to be time consuming. Self care can include lighting a candle or getting your favorite snack from the vending machine. You can practice mindfulness in as little as 1 min & can be mindful anywhere. #StressLessChat

A4: Practice mindfulness (http://uclahealth.org/marc ). Breathe from your diaphragm. Squeeze your hands into fists for 5 seconds, release, and repeat as needed. Do something kind for yourself (my go-to is getting a bag of peanut M&Ms). #StressLessChat

SELF CARE!!!! Noticing when stress is increasing, refill your cup as needed. Take a break, set boundaries with difficult people, be kind to yourself, be honest with yourself, exercise, fuel your body, talk about your stress, read a book, I could go on and on. #StressLessChat
