A spooky #heroesMW! 📺 https://t.co/KC0ie4Xqim Like any great building, @RBINSmuseum has its own caretakers. Yvan, Guy, Mo and Vincent live at the Museum and patrol the grounds to make sure our dinosaurs and their friends are safe and sound! #MuseumWeek @BrusselsMuseums

As #museums around the world start to reopen, we're wondering: what should be the official hashtag? 🤔 Museum community, let's hear your ideas! #musesocial @ICOMBelgiqueWB @icomvlaanderen @IcomOfficiel https://t.co/Ovveg0SO5I

AFTER 18 MAY (PHASE 2) Museums to reopen, with a strict and limited ticketing system that guarantees social distancing.✌🏼 Great result for an unusual fast coordinated action of all museum and heritage sector of Belgium! Thank to all @ICOMBelgiqueWB @faronet @BrusselsMuseums

Belgium will reopen its museums starting May 18th. according to national #COVID19 situation. Yes, museums do have, and play, a role in society - social, economic and symbolic - as does cultural heritage, and are not only for leisure or tourism !!

Let's keep talking pets, shall we?

This piece of War Lace (made of both needle lace and bobbin lace) was made around 1916, presumably in Opbrakel, Belgium.

It shows Pekinese dogs in several postures. Pekinese dogs were typical companion dogs in this period.

While waiting to admire it again in real life at the museum, why not to explore the masterpiece "Landscape with the Fall of Icarus" from behind your screen.

Learn something new 🌷

⏳One piece of our collections a day, we’ll go through this confined time all -digitally- together. #MuseumatHome

It's also possible to make a little donation to our small non-profit, so we can continue to turn these museums upside down 🔃 Only if you can swing it, of course, these are hard times for everyone. Every penny counts! >> https://t.co/0fq3qHcls7 https://t.co/gDpQEEg28q

This entire crisis has a huge financial impact on our small non-profit. If by any chance you can swing it, you can make a small donation or buy a ticket for someone who can't afford one. Thank you!!

SMILE 😄 Museum Night Fever moved to 3 October! Already had a ticket for our #COVID19 cancelled March edition? It's still valid! New tickets available online NOW: https://t.co/cbjPRjuCrk
Thank you all so much for your support and patience these last 2 weeks 💛 https://t.co/u4Mic1L6ny
