I’m devastated that our much-loved UK restaurants have gone into administration. I am deeply saddened by this outcome and would like to thank all of the people who have put their hearts and souls into this business over the years. Jamie Oliver

So A little bit honesty needed. How is this possible if you have a business plan and people advising you on market strategy. Or is it simply due to the fact that your food is overpriced and you basically lost your identity as a chef. Sometimes less is more.
Rising rental costs, austerity, European workers who don’t wanna work in Brexit Britain making up a large portion of his staff, and rising food costs probably have a large part to play...dunno why everyone is so quick to bash JO, always fights the good fight.
At least the Europeans want to work. As for Brexit reference ? Its not relevant. He's had these places open ten years and way before the referendum and result. I bet his business has been on the slide for at least 5 of those years.
