Beautiful. Reminds me of waking up to the views of Sancerre when the race was at Magny-Cours. 🙌

If you want a vision of what they achieved 50 years ago the Apollo Guidance Computer had 32,768 bits of RAM Memory. The processor on the Apollo 11 computer ran at .043 MHz. The latest iPhone processor runs at an estimated 2,490 MHz, 100,000 times more processing power.

This segment on @SkySportsF1 over the weekend may have brought a tear to my eye. Is it really ten years?! I guess it is. Thank you Ross, @JensonButton and all who made this happen. #F1 #memories #BrawnGP #thebest

Federer had/won...

More overall points (218-204)
Higher % of 1st serve points (79-74)
Higher % of 2nd serve points (51-47)
Higher % of points at net (78-63)
More break points (7/13 vs. 3/8)
More winners (94-54)

And lost.

Tennis, man...

So much fun today. I hope you all enjoyed watching the race as much as I did enjoy inside the car.

To make mistakes or be wrong is human. To admit those mistakes shows you have the ability to learn, and are growing wiser.

As a sign of respect and appreciation Sebastian carries the names of all @ScuderiaFerrari team members on his drink bottle.

The love Halep will get for this from her peers and everyone in tennis tells you all you need to know. One of the nicest, most genuine people in the sport.

A thoughtful and insightful interview. Our perception of ourselves (and circumstances) is often the most powerful in terms of our experience of peace or pressure. 👏 #F1 via @andrewbensonf1

Amazing that Rafa can be so considered and eloquent after such a loss. Gave Federer the credit for him not finding his best level. And summed up Federer in one sentence: "He is always able to do the most difficult things easy."

I am possibly laugh/crying like this too due to the annual Wimbledon/British Grand Prix clash of events this weekend. Roger v Rafa, Simona v Serena (double alliteration!) and Silverstone. It's a lot. 🤩😬🙃

This pod is a wild ride. Also some of the most fun I’ve had with @CWhitakerSport, @DavidLawTennis and Mary Carillo(!) on the eve of a match which transcends tennis, and Federer vs. Nadal. #Wimbledon

Remember when Murray got dragged to five by Tsonga and the BBC interviewer said: 'What happened when you were two sets up?' and Murray gave him a LOOK and said, 'Tsonga's a really good player'? Strycova is a really good player.

that awkward moment when you realize Rafael Nadal has a better English vocabulary than you do. "We can't create polemics every single day about decisions that they have to take. At the end of the day they have to make a decision.... We cannot create polemics about that."
