African leaders create conditions (at home) that are so intolerable that our youths find no choice but to leave and risk it all. They supply the sadistic criminals on the treacherous route with an unending supply of victims. Our leaders are part of the terror network.

What could be a more pressing continental issue than the high numbers of our youths at sea and in the hands of criminals? Yet there is universal silence across Africa. This guarantees that Africa will remain on its knees for generations, long after all of us are gone.

Only a United States of Africa can prevent the death of our children drowning in the Mediterranean trying to reach Europe whereas Africa itself is so so rich. Africa is rich beyond measure. African Unity will unleash the full potential of Africa for our people

I agree!! Africa belong to its indigenous people. One Africa is needed. A united Africa

Unacceptable that in this day and age people can be so cruel. The world has gone mad and urgently needs a reset.

Corrupt African leaders, stealing from poor people. This drive them to look for greener pastures abroad via Libya.

This is what the African Union should be trying to solve instead of talking about these stats that don’t mean anything

The AU is paid to perpetually supply their bosses with African blood, organs, mineral resources and the land. They have no interest in the future and well being of fellow Africans. Debate with them

Africa UNITE and save each other from the hands of enemies. If all African countries come together with one voice Libyans will b freed from this slavery

Most of these are economic migrants, and while ppl must be free to roam the earth as they see fit, for most, such gross indignities, often ending in tragic deaths can and should be avoided.
