Let's stop using "leader" to describe people who are not leading anybody anywhere. Leader is not a synonym for "manager." Calling a company's management "leadership" is often ludicrous. Having a title (even CEO) does not make someone a leader.

I think the main reason why people don’t like to estimate is that quite frequently estimates are treated as guarantees and performance evaluated base on them. To really be an estimate it needs to be changeable based on new information, I rarely see that happening:(

That thing where you have passwords in your URL which has been known to be a bad idea for 20 years but it’s Chrome’s and wget’s fault for not editing it out again for you.
